As a member of the SEERD, I acknowledge that:

• I support the purpose, goals, and values of SEERD. 

• I live or own property within a one and half-mile radius of 8000 Bee Ridge Road. 

• SEERD has the right to disclose my membership. 

• Contributions, donations, and gifts to SEERD are not tax deductible. They support SEERD's effective, citizen-based advocacy, lobbying efforts, legal and expert representation. Payments are made to Sarasota East- Enders for Responsible Development, Inc. 

• All funds are held in SEERD's bank account. Any unused funds will be redistributed on a pro rata basis.
